Renewal Account Manager - 8 month temporary role
This will be an 8 month temporary role to start. Due to team location, those in EST or CST zone are required.
The DX (Digital Experience) team is currently looking for Renewal Account Manager to join our Sales organization. As a member of the Account Maintenance team you will be responsible for following up with clients to assist them with renewing their licenses as well as identifying potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and have the drive to succeed!
In this role, you will:
- Contact clients about their renewal plans
- Coordinate renewal tasks with internal teams, including: Account Management, Finance and Legal
- Collect and prepare data related to customer’s existing contract and product usage
- Support Account Management by identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Perform post renewal tasks such as booking orders, and maintain accurate records of renewal opportunities and contract records
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Salesforce experience
- SalesLoft experience desired but not required
- Applicable experience in a similar renewals based role
- Solid analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365
